Colin is a qualified mediator and collaborative practice coach, supporting families through the difficult conversations that estate and succession planning can raise. With a Masters in Behavioural Science from the London School of Economics, his research there focused on the impact of grief and stress on family decision-making.

That research led directly to the creation of BillWill, a digital platform designed to complement a traditional legal will. BillWill is the Living Register and Document Vault that sits between the will and the financial plan, capturing the financial, practical and personal information that executors and administrators spend months tracking down. It is supported by a Concierge service, available as part of BillWill or as a standalone offering, to close and transfer bills, subscriptions and accounts on behalf of families.
