If you are a lawyer, financial adviser, accountant, social scientist, mediator or allied professional working with families and estates - and you’re looking for a better way to manage conflict and complexity - Collaborative Practice may be the missing piece in your work.

Professionals who work collaboratively in inheritance matters often tell us it fundamentally changes how they practise - for the better. They choose Collaborative Practice because it allows them to:

Make a meaningful difference

Help families reach outcomes that are practical, human, unique and sustainable – rather than escalating conflict by operating within a legal system that is designed to position people against each other.

Work as part of a trusted team

Collaborate with other skilled professionals, including lawyers, financial advisers, accountants and facilitators, to support the whole family and achieve genuinely holistic outcomes.

Reduce harm and preserve relationships

Minimise emotional stress and avoid the long-term damage that adversarial processes can cause.

Practise in alignment with their values

Move beyond the constraints of litigation or one-off mediation into work that is purposeful, respectful and professionally rewarding.

Build a future-focused practice

As families increasingly seek alternatives to court, collaboratively trained professionals are well placed to meet that demand.

If that resonates with you, we invite you to be part of this movement.
